Gutters & Downspouts
We install 5" seamless gutters and downspouts and for those customers who have steeper roofs, where the water runs off at a much faster rate, we can accommodate them with 6" gutters and downspouts to catch the water better than a 5" gutter.
A good functioning gutter system is definitely underestimated. The pitch of the gutters, needs to be running towards the downspout, where gravity is working correctly. If the gutter has a belly in it, or is just flat, not pitched towards the downspout, your gutter will fill up as a bathtub does and the water will run over the top, or, back behind your soffit causing interior damage. The best time to install our SurFlo leaf guard, is when your gutters are brand new, this will add to the life expectancy of your new gutters.

Siding, Soffit & Fascia
Our most popular siding is called four and a half inch dutch lap siding. Siding also comes in double four, double five, and finally double five and a half. Those are the dimensions of the panel fronts. Each siding job will include a fanfold or house wrap prior to the siding being installed to act as a vapor barrier, or insulation between your house and siding. Proper installation of your siding is valuable when inspecting the final phase. All these comforts are included when choosing Anthony Roofing. Gutter Functionality
Demonstration of non-functioning gutters, and functioning gutters. With the icicles you see here, the gutters aren't pitched towards the downspout, and water and snow sit in the gutter and it fills up like a bathtub, and then freezes and expands. When pitched properly, gravity takes water/rain to the downspout, thus not filling up like a bathtub and freezing as you see in these photos.
